Roopak Pudina Raita Masala 100Gm

Ingredients:

Iodised salt, mint, salt black, black pepper, cumin, red chillies, black cumin

Directions:

• Boil beetroot, peel, cool & dice it into small pieces say one  cm.

• Beat yoghurt to a smooth consistency.

• Mix chopped beetroot with yoghurt.

• Add Roopak Pudina Raita Masala according to taste.

• Mix well and serve chilled.

• You can use pudina (mint) Raita for cucumber Raita, potato, raita or lauki (bottle gaurd) raita also.
