Roopak Punjabi Choley Masala Powder 100 gm, 500 gm

Ingredients:

Red Chillies, Black Pepper, Cumin, Cardamom-Seeds, Nutmeg, Black Cumin, Cinnamon, Dry Ginger, Mace, Cloves

Directions:

• Soak 1 cup rice for 30 minutes in water. Fry 1 sliced onions in 2 tbsp oil till golden brown.

• Add 1 chopped tomato & fry for 1 min.

• Add 2 tsp Roopak pulao Rice Masala & salt according to taste.

• Add 2cup semi boiled mixed vegetables & saute for 1 minAdd 2 cups of water &allow to boil.

• Drain the water & allow to boil. 

• Drain the water of presoaked rice and add to it cover the lid and cook on ow flame till rice absorbs all the water.
