Roopak's Butter Chicken Masala

Ingredients:

• Chilies, Cumin, Coriander, Black cardamom, Onion powder, Cinnamon, Garlic powder, Cloves, Nutmeg, Mace, Black pepper, Turmeric, Dry Ginger, Salt, etc.

Directions to Use:

• Take 4 large tomatoes and make a puree & strain through a sieve. Add 1/2 cup oil & let it cook. Add 4 large spoons of onion paste, and 4 t-spoon of ”BUTTER CHICKEN MASALA” & let it simmer for 10 minutes. Then add one cup of cream with salt to taste. Finally, add 4-6 pieces of roasted Chicken & cook for 5 minutes.
