Roopak's Dal Tadka Masala

Ingredients:

• Chilies, Cumin, Coriander, Black cardamom, Onion powder, Cinnamon, Garlic powder, Cloves, Turmeric, Nutmeg, Fenugreek, Mace, Black pepper, Dry ginger, Salt, Dry Mango, Pomegranate.

Usage:

• Fry onions and tomatoes till they turn a rich reddish-brown in color, add the masala to this and stir for a few minutes. Pour this aromatic mixture into boiled dal allow it to simmer for some time and finish with salt to taste.
