A classical herbal jam (chyawanprash) prepared the traditional way for everyday wellness. Contains honey. Suitable for all ages above 3 years.
Ingredients: Amla, honey, shatavari, ashwagandha, giloy, pippali, gokshura, amalaki, haritaki, gambhari.
How to use: Adults: about 12 g (1 tsp) twice daily. Children (3-12 years): about 6 g (1/2 tsp) twice daily, or as advised by your practitioner.
