Sandu Ashwagandharishta
A classical Ayurvedic fermented preparation (arishta) based on ashwagandha, valued for the mind and offered as part of a calm, restful everyday routine. 450 ml. Contains jaggery and self-generated alcohol from the traditional fermentation. For adults and children.
Composition: Ashwagandha, Arjuna, Turmeric, Trivrit, Manjistha, Daruhaldi, Musta, Sariva, Haritaki, Indian kudzu, Yashtimadhu, Musli.
How to use: Adults 20 ml, children 10 ml per day (max 60 ml), twice, after meals, mixed with an equal amount of water; not for infants; after consulting a physician. Store in a cool, dry place.
