Santulan Ayurveda San Kapha Syrup
A classical Ayurvedic syrup, traditionally formulated to help balance Kapha dosha, prepared the time-honoured way.
Composition
- Vasa (Adulsa) patra, Kantakari (Ringani), Yashtimadhu, Dadim-sal, Pippali, Bakul pushpa, Dalchini oil, sharkara (sulphur-free cane sugar), with sodium benzoate as a preservative.
How it is usually taken
- 5 ml (about 1 teaspoon) twice a day, or as advised by your practitioner.
