- Gulkand, shankara (sulphur-free cane sugar), Suvarna makshik bhasma, Abhrak bhasma, Loha bhasma, Ashwagandha ghana, Vanshalochan, Arjun bhavana and Praval panchamrut.
How it is usually taken
- 10 g (about 1 teaspoon) twice a day, or as advised by your practitioner.
