SDH Naturals Ashwagandha Paka

A classical Ayurvedic herbal confection (paka) built around Ashwagandha root processed with cow's milk (go-dugdha) and a blend of botanicals and bhasmas, prepared the traditional way for use under practitioner guidance. 100 g. Non-vegetarian (contains milk-derived processing).

Key ingredients

• Ashwagandha (64 parts) processed with go-dugdha (768 parts), with chaturjaat, jaiphal, nagkesar, vanshlochan, mochrasa, jatamansi, chandan, khairsaar, javitri, pippali mool, lavang, kankol, gokharu, ras sindura, abhraka bhasma, naga bhasma, vang bhasma and lauha bhasma, in a sugar base.

How it is usually taken

• 5 to 10 g twice a day, or as advised by your practitioner. Read the label, store in a cool, dry place, keep out of reach of children, use under medical supervision.
