Ingredients

• Karpura, vacha, musta, bhunimba, amrita, devdaru, haridra, ativisha, daruharidra, pippalimool, chitraka, dhanyaka, the three Triphala fruits, chavya, vidang, gajapippali, shunthi, marich, pippali, swarna makshika bhasma, the kshars and lavanas, trivrit, danti, tejpatra, tvak, ela, vanshlochana, lauha bhasma, sita, shuddha shilajit and shuddha guggulu.

How it is usually taken

• 1 to 2 tablets twice a day, or as advised by your practitioner. Read the label, do not exceed the recommended dose, store in a cool, dry, dark place, use under medical supervision.
