SDH Naturals Draksharishta
The classical Draksharishta, a traditional Ayurvedic fermented tonic built around draksha (raisins), prepared the time-honoured way for use under practitioner guidance. 200 ml.
Key ingredients
- Draksha 1.875 g, with tvak, ela, tejpatra, nagkeshara, priyangu, marich, pippali and vidang (each 37.5 mg) and dhataki 0.3 g.
How it is usually taken
- 15 to 30 ml after meals with an equal quantity of water twice a day, or as advised by your practitioner. Use under medical supervision, store in a cool, dry, dark place, read the label before use.
