What's inside
- Kaunch beej, processed with dugdha and go-ghrita, plus akarkara, sonth, lavang, gokharu, kesar, shuddha singruf, tunka saar, dhaniya, kabab chini, bala beej, vanshlochana, vang bhasma, abhraka bhasma and dakh, in a mishri base.
How it is usually taken
- 5 to 10 g twice a day, or as advised by your practitioner. Read the label, do not exceed the recommended dose, store in a cool, dry place, keep out of reach of children.
