SDH Naturals Kumaryasava Syrup
The classical Kumaryasava, a traditional Ayurvedic fermented tonic (asava) built around kumari (aloe), containing self-generated alcohol, prepared the time-honoured way for use under practitioner guidance.
Ingredients
- Shahad (honey), jaggery, sheetal mirch and laung, among others.
How it is usually taken
- 15 to 30 ml with an equal quantity of water twice a day, or as advised by your practitioner. Read the label, do not exceed the recommended dose, store in a cool, dry place, keep out of reach of children.
