Shreshtha Herbals Anudina Swarnaprashana Powder
A classical Ayurvedic swarnaprashana preparation made with swarna bhasma and classical herbs, for children's everyday wellness. Contains honey and milk if taken as directed. Safety information: to be given under practitioner supervision.
Ingredients: Swarna bhasma, brahmi, vacha, trikatu (pippali, pepper, ginger), aragwadha, shankhpushpi, yashtimadhu, tulsi, guduchi, amalaki.
How to use:
- 0-1 year: half scoop with mother's or cow's milk (sugar optional).
- 1-5 years: 1 scoop with half tsp honey.
- 5-10 years: 1.5 scoops with 1 tsp honey.
- 10-16 years: 2 scoops with 2 tsp honey, or as advised by your practitioner.
