Ingredients
- Trikatu (black pepper, long pepper and dry ginger), Ajamoda, Saindhava (rock salt), Jeeraka, Krishna jeera and hing.
How it is usually taken
- Adults: 5 to 8 g once or twice daily with a suitable adjuvant.
- Children: 3 to 7 g once or twice daily with a suitable adjuvant.
- Ghee, honey, buttermilk or lukewarm water may be used as an adjuvant, or as advised by your practitioner.
