Sitaram Ayurveda Chandansavam Syrup
A traditional Ayurvedic fermented tonic (asavam) built around sandalwood (chandana), prepared the classic way in a jaggery-and-sugar base.
Ingredients
- Chandana, Valaka, Musta, Gambhari, Priyangu, Padmakam, Lodhra, Manjishta, Rakta chandana, Patha, Kiratatikta, Nyagrodha, Pippali, Madhuca, Rasna, Patola, Kanchanara, Amratwak, Dhataki and Draksha, among others.
How it is usually taken
- Adults: 25 to 30 ml twice or thrice daily after food.
- Children: 10 to 15 ml once or twice daily after food.
- Or as advised by your practitioner.
