Sitaram Ayurveda Indukantham Kashayam
The classical Indukantham decoction (kashayam), built around the ten-root Dashamoola group with digestive peppers, Indian elm and deodar, prepared the traditional way.
How it is usually taken
- Adults: 15 to 20 ml mixed with 45 to 60 ml of boiled, cooled water, twice daily on an empty stomach.
- Children: 10 to 15 ml mixed with 30 to 45 ml of boiled, cooled water, twice daily on an empty stomach.
- Or as advised by your practitioner.
