Sitaram Ayurveda Varanadi Kashayam
A classical Ayurvedic decoction (kashayam) that combines Triphala with loha choorna, prepared the traditional way. Purely herbo-mineral and vegetarian.
What's inside
- Triphala (Amalaki, Vibhitaki, Haritaki), Varuna, Sahachara, Chirubilwa, Bhallataka and Chitraka.
How it is usually taken
- Adults: 15 to 20 ml mixed with 45 to 60 ml of boiled, cooled water, twice daily on an empty stomach.
- Children: 10 to 15 ml mixed with 30 to 45 ml of boiled, cooled water, twice daily on an empty stomach.
- Or as advised by your practitioner.
