SKM Ayurveda Rasagandhi Mezhugu Capsules

A classical Siddha herbo-mineral preparation in capsule form, a traditional formulation from southern India, prepared the traditional way for use under practitioner guidance. Suitable for children and adults. 150 g.

Key ingredients

• A blend of 38 herbs (including manjal, milagu, chukku, thippili, vasambu, seeragam, jadhikkai, lavangam and amukkara) with 8 traditional mineral components (iron, zinc, copper, sulphur and others).

How it is usually taken

• 2 capsules a day (one morning, one evening) after meals, with water or lukewarm milk, or as advised by your practitioner.

Storage

• Store in a cool, dry, airtight container away from sunlight. Keep away from children. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
