A pure, USDA-certified organic, steam-distilled peppermint essential oil (Mentha piperita) with a fresh, cooling aroma, for use in aromatherapy and massage blends. 30 ml.
How to use
- Aromatherapy: add a few drops (eucalyptus and rosemary pair well) to a vaporiser and inhale the steam for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Head & neck: mix a drop with a little almond or other carrier oil and rub onto the temples, forehead and back of the neck (avoiding the eyes).
- Body massage: mix 5 drops with a carrier oil such as coconut and massage into the area.
