Tamas Pure Ayurveda Myrrh Essential Oil
A pure, therapeutic-grade myrrh essential oil (Commiphora myrrha) with a warm, resinous aroma, for use in aromatherapy, skincare and hair blends. Available in 15 ml and 30 ml.
How to use
- Diffuse about 5 drops, or mix 2 to 3 drops with half a teaspoon of coconut oil and apply to the neck, chest and feet.
- For the skin, mix 3 to 4 drops with a carrier oil such as jojoba or argan and apply to the area.
- For hair, combine 5 to 6 drops with 5 tbsp of olive or jojoba oil, massage into the scalp, leave 45 minutes, then wash out with a natural shampoo.
