A pure Roman chamomile essential oil with a soft, soothing aroma, for use in aromatherapy and skincare blends.

How to use

  • For a balanced, calm feeling, diffuse about 5 drops, or mix 2 to 3 drops with half a teaspoon of coconut oil and apply to the neck, chest and feet.
  • For the skin, add 2 to 3 drops to a cotton ball and apply to the area, or add a few drops to a face wash. Dilute with a carrier oil for sensitive skin.
