Varaasa Irimedadi Tailam
A classical Ayurvedic medicated oil (tailam) prepared the traditional way, used for oil-pulling and oral-care routines. For external and oral use only.
What's inside: Til tail (sesame oil), irimeda, lavanga, and others.
How to use: Take 5 to 10 ml of oil into the mouth, swirl for 5 to 10 minutes, then spit out and rinse with warm water. May also be applied to the affected area with a cotton bud, or as advised by your practitioner.
