Indyancart is a brand owned and operated by Indyan Cart LLC, a company registered in the United States. At Indyancart, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every order. We offer a clear and straightforward return and refund policy for orders placed within the United States, and we stand behind the quality of our products, aiming to resolve every customer concern fairly and promptly.
Damaged or Defective Items
We issue a full refund for any product damaged during shipping. To be eligible, please email Support@indyancart.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged product within 3 days of delivery.
Returns for Other Reasons
If a product is not damaged but you wish to return it for another reason, we accept returns at our U.S. processing center within 14 days of delivery.
Return Options
a. Indyancart Return Label
We can generate a prepaid return label for you. You would ship the product using the Indyancart return label to our U.S. Returns Center. A refund will be issued after deducting both the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost for the items returned.
b. Self-Return Option
You may ship the product back at your own cost. In this case, we refund the product price only, excluding shipping fees.

Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories, tags, or manuals.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Funds are credited back to your original payment method, and you will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
Exceptions – Food and Perishable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, food and perishable items are not eligible for return. However, if such an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us and we will resolve the issue promptly.
Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
Abuse of Return Policy
Indyan Cart LLC reserves the right to refuse service or returns in cases of repeated abuse of this policy.
