Indyancart is a brand owned and operated by Indyan Cart LLC, a company registered in the United States. Welcome to indyancart.com.
Indyancart and/or its affiliates ("Indyancart," "we," "our," or "us") provide website features, products, and services when you visit or shop at indyancart.com, use Indyancart products or services, use our mobile applications, or use any software we provide in connection with the above (collectively, the "Indyancart Services").
By using the Indyancart Services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

The compilation of all content on the Services is the exclusive property of Indyancart.
4. License and Access
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Indyancart grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to access and use the Indyancart Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.
This license does not include:
- Any resale or commercial use of the Services or their content
- Any collection and use of product listings, descriptions, or prices
- Any derivative use of the Services or their contents
- Any use of data mining, robots, or similar data-gathering tools
You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Indyancart Services for commercial purposes without our written consent.
5. Your Account
You may need your own Indyancart account to access certain features or make purchases. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Indyancart sells products intended for general use and not specifically for children. If you are under 18, you may use the Services only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
Indyancart reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, cancel orders, or remove content at its sole discretion.
6. Reviews, Comments, and Other Content
Users may post reviews, comments, photos, videos, and other content, provided that such content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise objectionable.
By posting or submitting any content, you grant Indyancart a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in any media worldwide.
You represent that you own or control all rights to the content you post and that it does not violate these Terms. Indyancart reserves the right to monitor, edit, or remove any content at its discretion.
7. Risk of Loss
All purchases of physical goods are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
8. Returns, Refunds, and Title
Please review our Refund & Return Policy for detailed information about returns and refunds. Indyancart does not take title to returned items until they arrive at our fulfillment center. In certain cases, a refund may be issued without requiring a return.
9. Discount Codes, Store Credits, and Gift Cards
Indyancart may issue store credits, discount codes, and gift cards as part of promotional activities. Only one promotional offer (discount code, store credit, or gift card) may be used per order.
Promotional Policy
All coupons, codes, and offers ("Coupons") are subject to availability and may be modified or cancelled without notice.
Each Coupon is valid only until its stated expiry date. Orders placed using expired coupons will be invalid.
Indyancart is not responsible for any loss or disappointment resulting from coupon cancellation or expiration.
Indyancart reserves the right to change or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
10. Product Descriptions
Indyancart strives to be as accurate as possible in its product descriptions. If a product you purchase is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
11. Pricing
We make every effort to ensure accurate pricing; however, errors may occur. If the correct price of a product is higher than the listed price, we may contact you for confirmation or cancel your order and notify you. We do not charge your payment method until your order enters the shipping process.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
All products and services provided through Indyancart are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Indyancart does not guarantee that:
- The Services will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free
- The quality of any product or service will meet your expectations
- Errors in content will be corrected
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Indyancart and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or any products purchased through them.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
13. Product Safety Disclaimer
Please read all product labels, safety information, and usage instructions before using any product purchased from Indyancart.
Indyancart is not responsible for any misuse, allergic reaction, or injury caused by the improper use of a product. Always use products as directed by the manufacturer.
14. Disputes
Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of the Indyancart Services or products will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except where small claims court applies.
The Federal Arbitration Act and applicable U.S. federal law govern this agreement.
15. Applicable Law
By using the Indyancart Services, you agree that applicable U.S. federal law and the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, will govern these Terms and any dispute that arises.
16. Site Policies, Modifications, and Severability
Please review our other policies, such as the Privacy Policy and Refund & Return Policy, posted on this Site. These policies also govern your use of the Indyancart Services.
Indyancart reserves the right to make changes to its Site, policies, and Terms at any time.
If any condition is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining conditions shall remain in full effect.
