Shipping charges are calculated based on the final order value:

Carrier selection depends on the product type, delivery location, and shipping availability.
Wellness & Herbal Products
Some wellness, herbal, Ayurvedic, or traditional products may require additional processing or alternate shipping methods based on shipping regulations and product type.
For such products, delivery may take approximately 15–20 business days. Tracking details will be shared once the order has been dispatched.
Delayed or Undelivered Orders
If your package is delayed or marked undelivered, please contact our support team. We will coordinate directly with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment status.
If an order is confirmed lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement or refund after review.
Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

- Photos of the outer packaging
- Photos of the received items
After reviewing the issue, we may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Returns
Eligible products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused and unopened
- Products must be returned in original sealed packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our side.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method.
Please allow 4–7 business days for the refund to appear after approval, depending on your payment provider or bank.
