FittR biTes Oats Idli Mix
Ingredients:
- Instant oats powder
- sooji (Semolina)
- split Bengal gram
- Spices - salt, mustard seeds, jeera,
- dehydrated curry leaves
Directions to Use:
- Add 1/2 cup measure thick curd and ½ cup measure water to 1 cup measure of idli mix. Mix it well. Keep the batter aside for 10 mins.
- Meanwhile, grease the idli molds with some oil or ghee.
- Pour the batter in the idli molds and cook in idli steamer for 10 mins.
