What's inside
- Amalaki, haritaki and bibhitaki.
How it is usually taken
- Adults: 30 to 60 ml twice a day. Children 5 to 14 years: 15 to 30 ml twice a day. Children 1 to 5 years: 2.5 to 5 ml twice a day with water, or as advised by your practitioner.
