Multani Amritarishta Syrup
The classical Amritarishta, a traditional Ayurvedic fermented tonic built around guduchi (amrita), prepared the time-honoured way for use under practitioner guidance.
Composition
- Guduchi, bilva, syonaka, gambhari, patala, agnimanth, salparni, brahati, kantkari, gokshur, sveta jiraka, parpata, saptaparni, shunthi, maricha and pippali.
How it is usually taken
- 10 to 20 ml (1 to 2 teaspoons) with water twice a day after meals, or as advised by your practitioner. Store in a cool, dry place, keep out of reach of children, read the label before use.
