Roopak's Special Keema Masala

Ingredients:

• Chillies, Cumin, Coriander, Black Cardamom, Onion Powder, Cinnamon, Garlic powder, Cloves, Turmeric, Nutmeg, Fenugreek, Mace, Black Pepper, Dry Ginger, Salt, Green cardamom and Black Cumin.

Usage:

• Fry onions and tomatoes till reddish brown, add Roopak’s keema masala and stir for a few minutes. Then add keema (minced chicken) and cook for 15-20 minutes.
